Delivery Status Updates

Optional status and proof emails are disabled until the customer enables them in My Deliveries. The website does not collect or display live courier locations.

For medical specimens, legal documents, and other confidential materials, we follow strict chain-of-custody procedures and train our couriers on HIPAA awareness and confidentiality protocols. We do not inspect or access the contents of sealed packages.

Request Records

Submitted requests and route spreadsheets are kept in the private WordPress dispatch area. Request details are also sent to our business Gmail inbox so a manager can respond. Your delivery status link is private; share it only with people involved in the delivery. Please avoid entering patient details or confidential document contents into general website fields. Contact dispatch to arrange appropriate handling.

Invoices and Online Payments

We keep invoice numbers, approved amounts, billing details and payment statuses with your private delivery request. When online payments are enabled, Stripe processes card details on its hosted payment page. We send Stripe your email address, invoice reference and approved amount to arrange payment. WordPress receives payment identifiers and status updates; it does not collect your card number or security code. Keep your private invoice link confidential.

Your Delivery Account

When you request a delivery or business account, we use your email to offer access to My Deliveries. Your account is activated only after you verify that email using a private, one-time sign-in link. Your account shows requests made with the same email, their delivery updates and invoices. We keep your contact details to help fill in future requests. Essential cookies protect forms and maintain your signed-in session. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and cannot be reused. Do not share these links. You can contact dispatch about correcting your account details or deleting your account. A personal account does not automatically grant business credit terms.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and delivery instructions are not included in these search requests. Our website caches suggestion results for up to 24 hours. You may enter a complete address manually when no suitable suggestion is available. Address suggestions do not calculate a delivery price or driving distance.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Delivery Communications

This website sends delivery requests to our dispatch team by email. A manager confirms the price and availability. We may contact you by email or phone about your request. The online form does not enroll you in automated text messages or marketing.
